Their leadership is the guiding force behind the Chamber and its growing membership base.

Robert Harrington,
Chairman |
Robert Harrington is the Owner of Manna Design Works of Glassboro. In 1996, he was Vice President & co-owner of Creative Computing Services Inc, an IT, software and web development company. In 2002, Robert broke off from Creative, taking the web development division and turning it into Manna Design Works. Manna quickly became one of the area’s top Website Design and Search Engine Marketing companies. In 2008, the Business Journal honored Manna as one of the Top Ten Web Design Firms in Philadelphia. Of recent note, Manna has purchased Pfeiffer Advertising bringing 25 years of Center City Ad Agency experience to its portfolio. Now, in addition to website design and internet marketing, Manna offers award winning graphic design and traditional marketing services.
Robert also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Gloucester County Highway Safety Taskforce.

Lisa Morina,

As the Director of Economic Development for Gloucester County, Lisa Morina is responsible for county economic, community and workforce development programs. Previously, Lisa was Director of Business Services for Cumberland County College. Lisa is active in a number of community organizations, serving on the Board of the United Way of Gloucester County as well as the Abilities Center of Southern NJ, as a Trustee for Southern NJ Development Council and Vice Chair for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce. She is an executive committee member of the Gloucester County Workforce Investment Board, a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern NJ and also serves on the Gloucester County Emergency Management Council. Lisa was elected by her peers to serve as Vice President of the Economic Development Association of New Jersey.
Lisa has a B.A. from Rowan University and an M.S. from Cabrini College.

Samuel Leone,

Sam Leone serves as Project Coordinator in the Conifer Realty, LLC, Mt. Laurel office, where he is responsible for coordinating project development in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Conifer, Sam was a Finance Officer for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. There he coordinated financing for numerous community and business projects which supported development and created local jobs. Previously he had worked as Director of Business Development for the Borough of Glassboro. In addition to his work as Co-Vice Chair of the Chamber, Sam is a board member of the Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity.

Tom Bellia

Thomas A. Bellia is President of Bellia, Print and Copy Centers, a New Jersey based business services company diversified into areas that include business products, office furniture, printing and copy reproduction and design. He is also co-owner and director of Tri-Fund, a real estate management company looking to expand its commercial holdings in the South Jersey marketplace. Tom has been active in industry organizations such as the Office Furniture Advisory Board and the Haworth manufacturer’s industry council. Tom has worked on various subcommittees addressing technology improvements and implementation in the office furniture industry.

Paul M. Blackstock,

Paul M. Blackstock has worked in the insurance business for 31 years, currently working as a broker of life, health, supplemental health and long-term care insurance. He is active in a number of community organizations, serving as a board member of the Gloucester County 4H Fair Association, a charter board member of the People for People Foundation of Gloucester County, Chairman of Membership and Extension for Rotary District 7640, current President of the Rotary Club of Glassboro Sunrise. He also serves on the advisory board of the Habitat for Humanity ReStore project and the advisory board of the Gloucester County Senior Corp organization. Additionally he is founder of the Veteran’s Picnic of Gloucester County. |

Benjamin T. Griffith,

Benjamin T. Griffith has served as President/CEO of South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU) since 1974. Headquartered in Deptford, SJFCU serves more than 40,000 members throughout South Jersey. Griffith is Treasurer and past Chairman of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce. A former chairman of the New Jersey Credit Union League, he has also served as a director of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). He is a member of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Gloucester County and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Southern New Jersey Development Council. |

Mark Schott

Mark Schott is South Jersey Regional Vice President, Branch Administrator for Columbia Bank, a 4.4 billion dollar community bank with 43 offices throughout NJ that services the needs of NJ businesses and individuals. In his current position he manages the Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington County branch system . With more than 34 years with Columbia Bank, his duties have included business development, management, lending, and human resources. Mark is very involved with board and officership positions with Rotary, Board of Education and industry trade groups in the local area.

Greg Filipek |
For more than 30 years, Greg Filipek has worked in construction and real estate development in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. His experience includes mixed-use urban projects, hotels, parking structures, office space, student housing and campus space. Prior to forming Sora with Tom Fore, Greg was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and Director of Redevelopment at Joseph Jingoli & Son.
As a co-founder and Principal of Sora, Greg oversees the operation of the New Jersey office. He also directs the company's real estate development and construction operations. |

Lisa J. Lindsey

Lisa J. Lindsey is the Lead Community Relations Specialist for the Valero Energy Corporations Paulsboro Refinery in New Jersey. She manages the community and public relations for the refinery and is responsible for philanthropic contributions as well as local government relations. Lisa is a transplant from the Valero Delaware City Refinery in Delaware. Prior to working for Valero, she was a Public Rlations Representative for the ConocoPhillips Energy Corporation in Rodeo, California.

Alberto (Bert) Lopez |
Alberto "Bert" Lopez is a Public Affairs Manager for Atlantic City Electric, where he has worked for 30 years. Bert is a former President and a founder of the Hispanic Alliance of Atlantic County. He has served as President of the Atlantic City Board of Education and is Past Chair of the Atlantic/Cumberland Chapter of the American Red Cross. Bert volunteers on the boards of Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, AtlantiCare Behavioral Health, Cumberland Economic Development Board, Salem Vocational/Technical Advisory Committee and Cumberland/Salem Workforce Investment Board. He has earned the Hometown Hero Award from the United Way, a volunteer service award from Atlanticare Behavioral Health and the Citizen of the Year award from the National Association of Social Workers, among other honors.
Bert received his associate degree from then Atlantic County College and his bachelor's degree from the Thomas Edison State College. He also holds a Certification in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College |

Angela Miraglia

Angela Miraglia is a Senior Vice President/Regional Manager for The Bank, a Fulton Financial subsidiary headquartered in Woodbury. The Bank has assets of $2 billion and operates 43 branches in nine counties throughout Southern and Central New Jersey. Angela is responsible for the Sales and Retail Management function of 12 branch locations in Gloucester County. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Angela joined The Bank in 1996. She began her career in 1987 with Commerce Bank. |

Christopher Painter
|
Christopher Painter is President of Astro Outdoor Advertising/Astro Sign Company, a Glassboro based, family-owned business. He has worked there since the business was purchased by the Painter family in 1983. Astro has always been active in the community, supporting various organizations including, but not limited to, the Boy’s & Girls Clubs, Glassboro Babe Ruth Baseball, Underwood-Memorial Hospital, & The Boy Scouts of Southern NJ.
Painter served two terms as Borough of Glassboro Councilman and three as Council President. When the Mayor resigned, Chris served as acting Mayor prior to the appointment of the Honorable Alvin Shpeen, after which he returned to position of Council President, a position he held until 2009 when he relocated to Pittsgrove Township. In addition to their active participation in the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, Astro is a member of The Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and the Glassboro Chamber of Commerce. Chris currently serves as the Vice President of the Glassboro Chamber.
Chris holds a BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Small Business Management from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University).

Randi Woerner
|
Randi Woerner heads the Glassboro Economic Development Department, helping the Borough to secure more than $2 million in grants over the past five years. She assists in the organization of numerous annual community events, including Unity Day, Cruise Night Car Show, the Tree Lighting Ceremony and Photos with Santa. She also coordinates media relations activities related to Glassboro’s downtown redevelopment efforts. Randi served six years on the Glassboro Board of Education and continues to serve on the Glassboro Municipal Alliance, the Gloucester County Tourism Steering Committee, Glassboro Rotary, the Glassboro Crime Prevention Committee and the Greater Glassboro Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer P. Young |
Jennifer P. Young is Director External Affairs for Verizon Communications in Southern New Jersey. She is responsible for community relations, local government affairs, economic development, consumer, education relations, and local media relations for Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. She is also responsible for local corporate philanthropy and employee volunteerism. Jennifer has been with Verizon and its predecessor companies for 18 years. She has held positions in Sales, Outside Plant Operations, Project Management, Installation and Maintenance, Construction, Dispatch and Workforce Development. She is a board member of numerous business and education organizations in the region.

Joseph Rehm |
Joseph Rehm is Vice President and the Gloucester County Market Manager for Capital Bank of New Jersey. He joined the bank prior to its opening in 2007. Capital Bank of New Jersey is a community bank which is owned by hundreds of South Jersey shareholders, including many Gloucester County residents. Capital opened its first Gloucester County branch in 2010 in Woodbury Heights. As Gloucester County Market Manager, Joe is responsible for growing Capital Bank's commercial lending and deposit business in Gloucester County. He presently manages a commercial loan portfolio in excess of $50,000,000. In addition to his role as Gloucester County Market Manager, Mr. Rehm serves as Capital Bank's Community Reinvestment Act Officer, is a member of the bank's Marketing and Compliance Committees. His volunteer activities include serving as the past Treasurer of Tri County Community Action Partnership and a member of the board of trustees of the Gloucester County Hero Scholarship Fund. Joe is the current Vice President of the Gloucester County YMCA, a member of the Advisory Board for the Academy of Finance at the Gloucester County Institute of Technology as well as a volunteer coach of youth sports. Joe resides in Clayton with his wife Tonya and his three children. |

Joseph W. Devine |
Joseph W. Devine, FACHE, is Senior Vice President/Administration and External Relations for the Kennedy Health System. He has served Kennedy in many capacities throughout his 24-plus years of service with the multi-hospital healthcare system. For nine years, he was Vice President of Hospital Services, and in 2006 was named Vice President of Business Development. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Devine leads Kennedy’s business growth and development, along with being actively involved in governmental and community relations.
Mr. Devine is a 2011 Kennedy Beacon Award winner, presented in recognition of his outstanding contributions to healthcare in the community and to Kennedy’s ongoing success. He was also honored as the 2011 “Business Person of the Year” by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and was a 2011 recipient of The Philadelphia Pinnacle Award, presented by The Millay Club to individuals who have reached the highest levels of career achievement and public service. The Millay Club is a 25,000-member strong alumni association of Southeast Catholic, Bishop Neumann and St. John Neumann High Schools.
Currently, Mr. Devine serves as a Commissioner of the South Jersey Transportation Authority, as a member of the NJHA Policy Development Committee, as a board member of both the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and the Adam Taliaferro Foundation, which supports athletes with spinal cord injuries. He is also Chairperson for the South Jersey Heart Walk and takes an active role in inspiring Kennedy associates to take part in this worthwhile fundraiser.
In 2007, Mr. Devine won the “Community Benefit Award” at the Dancing with the Gloucester County’s Stars competition by raising $60,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities Pediatric Center at Kennedy - Washington Township.
A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the NJ Hospital Association’s Policy Development Committee, Mr. Devine holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Laura Bishop |
In July 2011, Laura Bishop launched Laura Bishop Communications, a full-service marketing communications firm.
Prior to forming her own firm, Laura served as vice president of Thomas/Boyd Communications since October 2004, where she oversaw accounts in the fields of education, environment, energy, utilities, nonprofit and scientific research, among others. Highly-regarded by clients and colleagues as a gifted writer and editor, Laura managed a wide range of marketing communications programs, provided media relations and crisis communications strategy and counsel, was active in business development and mentored account executives at the firm.
Prior to joining the Thomas/Boyd, she was a public relations consultant and writer for 16 years serving clients in the fields of education, agriculture, banking, specialty chemicals, environment and municipal utilities.
Active in non-profit and professional organizations, Laura serves on the boards of trustees for Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce; Archway Foundation, Inc., the fundraising arm of Archway Programs, which serves children and adults with special needs; Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, one of 28 Congressionally designated National Estuary Programs throughout the coastal United States working to improve the environmental health of the nation’s estuaries; and is president of Rancocas Conservancy, a land trust that has preserved nearly 2,000 acres valued at $3.4 million in the Rancocas Watershed in Burlington County.
