Are Your Supervisors and Managers Prepared for the Challenges of Today?

Your managers and supervisors are the key to the success of your business. In order to
motivate your employees and meet your goals and objectives, your supervisors and managers must be well trained leaders; however, finding the time and money to provide this training isn’t always easy. Recognizing this need, the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Leadership Development Program for your managers and supervisors at no cost to you. The training will be provided by Gloucester County College’s Division of Continuing Education. Their seasoned instructors currently provide courses to more than 22,000 people every year.

What does this Program Cost?

Employees of the members of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce may attend any and all of the courses that are made available at no cost. Non-members may attend at the discounted price of $50 per course, given that there is space available.

Course Offerings

Three levels of Leadership Training will be offered. Employees may select one course or they may elect to take all of the courses within a Level and receive an additional certification of completion. Each class will be offered from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM—4 hours of training. All classes will be held in Scott Hall Room 710. Course Codes are listed before each course description.
