The Annual Meeting is a time for the Chamber’s President & CEO, Les Vail, to present the “State of The Chamber” address, offering an update on the Chamber’s progress and committee activities over the past year. It is also a time for the Board’s Chairman, Robert Harrington, to present his report from the Executive Board Committee.
